Shipping And Returns

Shipping

Please allow 3-7 business days for the creation of your order. Once your product has been manufactured, add on your shipping time, generally this will be 1-3 business days. 

We hate fast fashion. In an effort to conserve the world's natural resources and reduce waste, all of our products are made to order as they are purchased. Please allow extra time for the manufacturing process prior to shipping. We appreciate you choosing to support our eco-friendly approach to business.

Generally this amounts to, for most orders, receiving your package sometime during the next week after your purchase. 

Tracking Numbers

You will be provided a shipping tracking number to your email when order has shipped. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at: contact@therduneclothing.com. 

Returns And Exchanges

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 60 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

You can return items up to 60 days from the purchase date. Products must be unworn, with original packaging and tags.

Please email: contact@therduneclothing.com, explaining the problem with the product. Include your name, and order name and we will email you a return shipping label. 

Exchanges

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will take approximately 2-3 weeks from the date received. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is issued. Please allow 5-7 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lifetime Warranty

All products sold by Therdune are covered by our Lifetime Warranty policy. This is an extra warranty added on top of the previous policies. We want you to always find comfort in our products . The Lifetime Warranty will fully replace a product, for any reason, for as long as you live. This warranty does not expire. It covers things like normal wear and tear, loose threads, blood stains, and all manner of clothing mishaps that can happen within a well-lived life. Limit of one warranty redemption per purchased product.
